Account deletion

You can delete your Clump account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Clump app.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with Permanently Delete My Account.

If you can't access the app

If you have uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email contact@clumpapp.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the phone number registered to your account. After verifying that the request is yours, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know.

Data deleted and retained

When you delete your account, your account information and ride location records are deleted. Records that must be kept by law are kept only for the legally required period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
