Terms of Use
Last updated: 26/09/2026
These terms of use govern your use of the Clump mobile app and the services on clumpapp.com (together "Clump"). By using Clump you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in details. Actions taken with your account are yours.
- You may not transfer your account to someone else or create an account on someone else's behalf.
2. Acceptable Use
When using Clump, you agree not to:
- share content that is unlawful, insulting, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene or violent;
- share other people's personal data, photos or locations without their permission;
- impersonate someone else or create misleading groups or accounts;
- send spam, fraud or bulk advertising content;
- attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the service, or to gain unauthorised access.
3. User Content
- You are responsible for the content you share, such as group names, descriptions, emblems, cover and profile photos, quick messages and road reports, and you must have the right to share it.
- Your content remains yours. You grant Clump permission to use it to the extent needed to provide the service (for example, showing it to group members).
- In the app you can block other users and report users and groups. Reports are reviewed.
- We may remove content that breaks these terms without prior notice, and temporarily or permanently suspend or close accounts that violate the rules.
4. Riding Safety
- Your safety and following traffic rules are always your responsibility. Do not use the app while riding in a way that takes your attention off the road; if you need to change a setting, stop in a safe place.
- Directions, arrival estimates, group locations, weather and road reports are for information only and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Traffic signs and road conditions always come first.
- Speed camera and average speed zone information may be incomplete. Please obey speed limits. The absence of an alert does not mean there is no enforcement at that location.
- The SOS feature notifies the people in your group; it does not call emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye).
5. Location Sharing and the Family Tracking Link
- When you join a ride, your location is shared with the other participants of that ride for its duration.
- Only you can turn on the family tracking link; anyone with the link can follow your ride in a browser. You are responsible for whom you send the link to and for it being forwarded. You can stop sharing at any time.
- You may not use Clump to track or share other people's location without their knowledge and permission.
6. Changes to the Service
We may change, add or remove Clump features from time to time. We may update these terms; for significant changes we will let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Clump after an update means you accept the new terms.
7. Deleting Your Account and Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings). If you violate these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clump is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app, from incomplete or incorrect information, or from the behaviour of users. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
